Ok, so I did it again. I made the cupcakes for two (or three), only this time I made them chocolate flavoured because who can resist chocolate? I used the same base recipe as I used for the Coconut, Lime & White Chocolate cupcakes, only I melted 4 squares of Whittakers Creamy Milk chocolate along with my butter, and added a couple of spoons of cocoa in with the flour. The 'double' comes from the leftover white chocolate butter cream frosting from the weekend, with a little grated chocolate on top!
I fully intend to keep playing around with this recipe so if you like cupcakes watch this space!
