I love trying new things. Wil loves beer. We're bringing these together in a marriage of tastes and interests (see what I did there) to open our minds and our tastebuds to a range of new beers. Today it was time to try the very popular Swan's Pumpkin Beer, a beer so popular that they can only serve it on tap on Halloween weekend or it runs out before they make it to the end of the month.
We finally got to try this tonight and I was most impressed. It had a subtle pumpkiny flavour but it was the cinnamon and nutmeg that wafted through the brew that stood out to me. Wil wasn't the hugest fan and I don't think I'd rush out and buy a dozen, but I definitely enjoyed my pint and will look forward to another one this time next year.
