Musings

It has come to my attention that I've become addicted to Qoola frozen yogurt. Not only it is delicious and right around the corner, but fro-yo is fun to say. Frrrrrooooo-yooooo. Plus, even with the cookie dough balls, brownie bites and chocolate syrup it's still yogurt and that makes it healthy, right?

Best. Breakfast. Ever. I'm making it again, and soon. This time with mango and pineapple. So good.

I'm in serious lust with these shoes. Or these ones. But I need new running shoes so these might have to stay on the shelf. Heartbroken.

No matter how old he gets I cannot fall out of love with this face, or say no to it. I'm doomed.

It's going to be one hell of a long weekend but I'm off to Whistler for work and I have to admit I'm excited! Squee!

We checked out the Leka design store on Fort Street this past weekend: I am in trouble! They're a Marimekko stockist and have so much cute stuff it hurts. I'm lucky I only walked out with these guys! You can't really tell but they're sitting in a banana. A BANANA. And it zips up so they can hide inside. Monkeys in a banana! Kill me now.

Bananas make me think of these guys. Thanks to my coworker Sheetal I now cannot eat a banana without shouting 'POTATO-O!'  I usually have a banana every day for my mid-morning snack. I get some weird looks now.

We visited Hilary's Cheese when we were at Leka. We didn't buy cheese (it doesn't go with days spent wandering), but we did buy a Salted Caramel Macaron and a Butter Tart to share.  These bad boys are dangerous. Want to skip school and hang out behind the movie theatre dangerous. Oh yes.

Thanks Perogie Cat! That's all for now.
